Hi, I'm Stevie
And I wasn’t born confident or athletic.
I built her. I didn’t always know how to take care of myself, how to fuel my body, or how to trust the voice inside me. For a long time, I was trying to keep up — with expectations, with other people’s timelines, with who I thought I was supposed to be. I pushed down anxiety and depression, telling myself I was fine — staying busy, staying small, staying quiet — because I didn’t want to be “too much.” But life has a way of calling you back to yourself.
During the pandemic, I moved home. It was just me, my mom, and a 20-minute workout in the living room — nothing fancy, nothing perfect, just showing up. Those small moments changed everything. Movement became my medicine. Not because it changed my body — but because it changed my mind. I started coaching group fitness. I learned how to lift. I ran my first marathon. I kept pushing — not to prove something to others, but to prove to myself that I was capable of more than I ever believed.
And that’s where IGNITE was born. Not from perfection. Not from being the strongest, fastest, or most talented. But from choosing to keep going when no one was clapping… and when no one believed in me more than I did.
Today, I’m a hybrid athlete, personal trainer, and online coach — but more importantly, I’m someone who knows what it feels like to struggle, to start over, and to rebuild from the inside out.
My mission is simple: to help women step into their strength — physically and mentally — by training with intention, fueling with purpose, and learning to trust themselves again. This isn’t about shrinking your body. This is about expanding your life.
